STATUS OF A STATELESS PERSON

If an individual wishes to obtain the status of a stateless person, he or she must submit the following documents as indicated in Section 4 of the Law on Stateless Persons:

1. An application;
2. A personal identification document;
3. A document issued by a foreign competent institution stated by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs and certifying that the individual is not a citizen of the respective state and citizenship of such state is not guaranteed, or documented confirmation that such a document could not be obtained.
