*The
rate of the state fee when a person submits an application and a
document, which certifies the accelerated issuance (within 2 or 4
working days) of the passport, to the OCMA in the following cases of
necessity:
- A person needs medical treatment abroad;
- A person needs to leave the country due to the illness or the death of a relative;
- A person under the age of 18 or a student of an educational establishment makes an organised trip abroad.
**Other reasons:
- A person wishes to receive the passport of the new format;
- The previous passport has been lost;
- The previous passport has been lost and found;
- Other data have changed or inconsistencies have been established;
- The person’s appearance has changed;
- The passport holds unprovided marks;
- The previous passport has been damaged;
- The passport does not comply with the prescribed format.
