POPULATION REGISTER

Institutions, companies (business entities) and organizations, as well as natural persons have the right, on the basis of a written application or written agreement, to receive statistical data from the Population Register. The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs may also provide other general information which does not allow identification of a particular person.

Any information included in the Register, from which it is possible to identity an individual directly or indirectly, shall be issued only with consent of the Head of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs or his authorized person, to the extent and in the form determined by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs.

The service may be requested:
– By mail at the Department of the Population Register in Riga, Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 1, k -3.
