POPULATION REGISTER

Statement about persons registered at immovable property of owners

Owner of immovable property or his authorized person may request and receive free of charge data included in the Population Register about persons who have declared their place of residence at his or her property. If the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs is unable to obtain information from the State Unified Computerized Land Register, the individual must present a document certifying the ownership.

Information may be requested:

Personally or by mail at territorial offices of the OCMA;
By mail at the Department of the Population Register in Riga, Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 1, k -3;
Electronically by using e-service "Information about persons who have valid place of residence registration in my property. The service is available by authentication with secure electronic signature issued by State joint stock company Latvijas Pasts, authentication means of the Internet banks of Swedbank (JSC Hansabanka), SEB banka, or Latvijas Krājbanka.
